The Administrative Assistant, Leaves Processing is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely administration of employee leave programs in compliance with federal legislation and organizational policies. This role supports employees and stakeholders by adjudicating leave requests, maintaining precise records, and serving as a subject matter expert on leave processes under the guidance of the Labour Relations team. This is a 12-month contract position with a hybrid schedule.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Senior Accountant is responsible for a broad range of accounting functions, including transactional processing, financial statement preparation, analysis, monitoring, cost allocation, audit support, and the implementation of financial and compliance controls.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Safety, the Senior Advisor, Industry Claims will lead strategic improvements across multiple employers and third-party claims contractors. The role requires deep technical knowledge of claims and vocational rehabilitation, combined with strong collaboration skills. We are seeking a proactive safety professional with proven experience in claims management and return-to-work (RTW) programs.
